This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed, shipped, and delivered. Because we operate in a highly regulated industry, shipping availability, methods, and requirements vary based on product type, destination, and applicable law. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
If any portion of this policy conflicts with applicable state or federal law, the applicable law will control.
2. Shipping Coverage & Legal Limitations
We ship within the United States only.
We ship products only where permitted by law.
Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain states, cities, or local jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions.
Orders placed to restricted locations may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Cannabis / THC Products
No interstate shipping of marijuana or THC products is permitted under federal law.
GreenWise Dispensary does not ship marijuana across state lines.
THC products, when offered, are shipped only within the state where the sale is completed and only in compliance with that state’s rules.
Carriers and postal services prohibit mailing marijuana products.}
3. Hemp, CBD & Vape Product Shipping
Hemp-derived products shipped interstate comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable federal updates and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight.
Some states restrict or prohibit certain hemp-derived cannabinoids or vape products. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws.
We do not ship products that carriers or federal regulations prohibit, including restricted vapor products.
Shipping Restrictions May Include:
States: Idaho, Kansas, and any other restricted states based on product type
Address Types: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international addresses
Vape Bans: Certain states or cities prohibit flavored vape shipments; affected orders will be cancelled and refunded
4. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day
Processing time does not include shipping transit time
Orders may be delayed due to age/ID verification, inventory availability, or regulatory compliance checks
5. Age Verification & Adult Signature (21+)
To comply with federal and state law:
Age Verification is required at purchase
Adult Signature (21+) is mandatory at delivery for orders containing hemp-derived or vape products
Delivery drivers will require a government-issued photo ID
Packages cannot be left at doors, mailboxes, or with minors
Failed Delivery Attempts
After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us
A 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued
6. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Packaging
We ship using compliant third-party and private regional carriers
We do not use USPS for marijuana or restricted vapor products
Carrier selection depends on product type, destination, and legal requirements
If a carrier refuses shipment for compliance reasons, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified
Discreet Packaging
Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging
Return labels may list GW Logistics or a similar neutral sender name to protect customer privacy
7. Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method
Promotional or free shipping offers may be available for limited periods
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was made by us
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund
Returned packages due to address errors may incur additional shipping or restocking fees
9. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once the order is picked up by the carrier
Please allow up to **24 hours** for tracking updates to appear
10. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, GreenWise Dispensary is not responsible for loss or theft
Carrier delays, weather events, or routing issues are outside our control
We strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance / Route Protection at checkout
Damaged Items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
Provide order number, photos of packaging and product, and a description
Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund as required by law
11. Failed, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to customer action or inaction:
Original shipping fees are not refunded
Additional shipping or restocking fees may apply
Refunds, if issued, may be store credit only
12. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Returns & Refund Policy

By purchasing from this site, you confirm that:

You are complying with all applicable state and local laws
You understand that shipping eligibility depends on your location and product type
