At Greenwise Dispensary, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a transparent customer experience. Because we operate in a regulated industry and sell personal-use products, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee (Online-Only Sales)
We aim to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
Unopened, Non-Consumable Products:
Eligible for return within 5 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit, and a pre-paid return label when applicable.
2. Regulated Products – All Sales Final
Due to federal and state health, safety, and regulatory requirements, all sales are final on regulated and consumable products, including but not limited to:
* Hemp-derived or CBD products
* Flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles
* Tinctures, topicals, capsules, oils
* Vape cartridges, disposables, or inhalable products
Once a product has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error as described in Section 3.
3. CBD & Consumable Product Rules
To comply with health and safety standards across all U.S. jurisdictions:
Safety Seals: Returns are not accepted on any consumable product if the heat seal, tamper seal, or child-resistant packaging has been opened or broken.
Subjective Experience Disclaimer: We do not issue refunds or credits based on personal preference, taste, smell, or perceived effectiveness, as hemp-derived products affect individuals differently.
4. Vape & Hardware Policy
In accordance with federal shipping regulations, including the PACT Act:
Manufacturer Warranty: Vape batteries and heating elements carry a 30-day manufacturer warranty covering defects only.
Leaking or Clogging: If a cartridge arrives defective, do not discard it. Photo or video evidence of the issue is required to process a claim.
Compatibility Disclaimer: Greenwise is not responsible for damage caused by incompatible, altered, or high-voltage devices not sold or recommended by us.
5. Non-Cannabis / Non-Consumable Merchandise
Returns may be accepted for non-consumable merchandise only, including:
* Apparel
* Accessories
* Branded merchandise
* Hardware (excluding used vape devices or opened cartridges/coils)
Conditions:
* Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
* Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery
* Proof of purchase is required
Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
* Opened or used products of any kind
* Clearance or “Final Sale” items
* Gift cards
* Products damaged due to improper storage (including exposure to heat, moisture, or light)
7. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
* Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours
* Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Greenwise is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside our control
8. How to Start a Return or Claim
1. Contact Support: Email contactus@greenwisedispensary.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
2. RMA Approval: If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.
3. Return Shipping:
* Defective or incorrect items: pre-paid label provided
* Change-of-mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
9. Refund & Credit Method
If a return or claim is approved, resolution will be provided as one of the following:
Store credit (default method)
Replacement product
Refund to the original payment method (only when required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis)
Please allow **5–7 business days** after inspection for processing.
10. Legal & Compliance Notice
All products are sold in compliance with applicable U.S. federal law, including the **2018 Farm Bill. Customers are responsible for ensuring that hemp-derived products are legal for purchase, possession, and use in their state or locality. Greenwise Dispensary reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
